What does the visit cost?
Nothing. We walk the property, measure the roofline, talk through what you're picturing, and hand you a written number before we leave. If another option is a better fit, we'll say so.
Will permanent lighting look bad during the day?
The track comes in 28 colors, gets matched to your fascia, and sits tight under the soffit. Most people don't notice it until it's pointed out.
What happens if one light fails?
On most systems one failed light takes out everything past it. JellyFish runs an extra wire just for backup, so a failed light is one dark light and the rest of the run never notices. And you call us, not a manufacturer.
Will my HOA approve it?
Almost always. We prepare the approval paperwork, including daytime photos showing what it looks like from the street.
Do the lights survive North Dakota winters?
Yes. That was the first question we asked too. The fixtures are sealed and rated for the full swing in both directions, and it runs on 48V low voltage.
Does it work without WiFi?
Yes. The controller has physical buttons and an on-off switch on the box. The app is for scenes and schedules.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell?
Yes. The system is registered in your name and follows the house.
